RAIN
I have a beautiful big window where I am living at the moment and it is so nice to look out when it's raining - I am a few levels up so I get really nice views of clouds and rain coming in.

PINA - A FILM FOR PINA BAUSCH
I was lucky enough to see PINA - a film for Pina Bausch on the weekend (thanks to a Radio National competition, yay!)I wasn't familiar with her work beforehand but it is an incredible film and I found it really inspiring - I'm still thinking about it now and I might actually go and see it again. What I really liked was that all of the works included in the film and everything each of the dancers said felt so big and elemental - each of the performances incorporates rocks or water or sky or trees or earth. One of my favourite pieces in the film takes place within a glasshouse type building (with nice window grids) that looks out into a forest of trees, while another is performed in and on the edge of a disused quarry. I definitely recommend seeing this film if you get a chance.
